The Maritime Practice Group provides advisory services on all aspects of maritime
law such as maritime arbitration, negotiating contracts of carriage of goods by sea,
charter parties, marine insurance, hull and cargo claims, ship building and ship
repair contracts, arrest of vessels and transaction documentation review for the
sale and purchase of vessels.
