The Corporate and Commercial Practice Group provides advisory services to a broad range of clients. The team regularly incorporates and sets up businesses with indigenous and foreign participation. negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements. (ncluding but not limited to Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and Syndicated Loan Agreements), and structures partnerships and joint ventures on behalf of its clients. The Practice Group also regularly conducts due diligence exercises on behalf of its clients.
