Prince Adetokunbo Adeyinka Kayode is an eminent Nigerian lawyer and arbitrator, with over 30 years of distinguished public and private sector leadership experience. He has served the Nigerian government in various ministerial roles, including Minister of Culture & Tourism, Minister of Labour & Employment, Attorney General and Minister of Justice, and Minister of Defense.
He is a Life Bencher and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), demonstrating the highest level of knowledge, skills, and experience in the legal profession. He holds fellowships with leading professional institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Institute of Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria.
He leverages his expertise in telecoms law, technology law, investment law, and commercial arbitration to advise clients. He is also actively engaged in advancing commerce, trade, and regional integration through leadership positions with the Abuja Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nigeria Private Sector Alliance, African Union Trade Group, and the Pan African Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Among his many honors, Prince Kayode has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from CMS Grammar School, Lagos, the Distinguished Merit Award from the University of Lagos, and national honors including Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
